Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.
Also included in this recent photograph release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
